Vision and Mission
We believe there is a false choice between experiential face-to-face learning and self-guided eLearning content. We believe that the changing nature of work increasingly requires new types of skills. Only immersive and practice-based learning experiences can be effective in developing and maintaining these skills.
Our vision is to empower creators to supercharge their content creation and engage learners through collaborative learning experiences.
Our mission is to bring more human connection to digital learning experiences.
For learners: Enable collaborative, human-connected online learning experiences
For creators: A simple and easy design process to create, publish and measure engaging learning experiences at scale
The Gamoteca platform was launched with the aim of using mobile devices to simulate real-life environments in training. Developed in coordination with the United Nations, it was originally designed for ‘serious games’ and simulation exercises in crisis response training.
Since then we have supported a range of clients in the private, non-profit and academic sectors. We have worked with partners to create human-connected, game-based learning experiences on coaching & mentoring, onboarding, tackling bias in the workplace, staying motivated while working remotely, design thinking, practicing public speaking and even learning sign language.
